Email Service Migration

The email service will be migrated to the SupportWire Prod server and a new domain name will be used. The new domain name will be notifications.services.skcript.com.

Why — The SupportWire Prod server has the most memory bandwidth available and the new domain name will allow for better control and organization of services under services.skcript.com.
